Vietnam Highlands Robusta-

Very Earthy, Very Strong! Some of the most flavorful robusta I have come across. Robusta beans tend to be higher in caffeine. It's what I aim for with darker roasts. Full bodied, somewhat caramel like. Very enjoyable robusta.

Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold (MNEB)-

These beans live up to their name. That boldness that many is seek in great coffee resides in your next cup. Great for espresso, recommended for a medium dark to darker roasts.

Shade Grown Plantation AA-

Notes of chocolate, nuts, spices (e.g., cardamom or peppery hints from the region’s terroir), earthiness, and subtle sweetness.

Origin & Growing: Ethically sourced from smallholder estates and cooperative mills in Coorg and surrounding areas. The coffee is naturally shade-grown under forest canopies (passed down through generations), at higher altitudes, leading to slow maturation and dense bean development.

Sometimes you get something so amazing that you have to grab 100lbs of it before its gone! These beans are like nothing you’ve ever tried. Fermented in sealed barrels before processing, gives you a fruitiness, and wine like taste. Its a memory waiting to be brewed!

Colombia Buesaco EA Decaf-

Convincing sweetness, mild brown sugar, bright fruit accents bring out positive acidic impression, hints of spice, dried green apple, bittering fruit skin, roast tones underneath.

Zambia Anaerobic Natural Misambo-

One whiff of the coffee from the grinder and the role anaerobic processing plays is pretty clear. The fragrance is intense with rustic sweetness and sticky dried fruit notes, with winey fermented accents mixed in. It's the kind of coffee sure to spark discussion with any coffee drinker, like a fruity dessert wine with strong, curious flavors.

Bali Kintimani Highlands Missionary Beans-

This coffee is from missionaries in Bali! Delicious high quality. Notes of various citrus. Grapefruit and orange cream were the main notes i detected. If you like bright these are the beans for you!

Buttery, melt-in-your-mouth cookies dusted in sweet, powdered sugar with locally grown walnuts and vanilla.

Coffee Cake Cookies-

They feature a soft, tender cookie base topped with a crumbly cinnamon streusel and finished with a simple vanilla glaze. Inspired by traditional coffee cake!

Chocolate Biscotti-
