Ethiopia Gerba Hechere-

This wet process coffee makes a fantastic pour-over. Fragrant florals, delicate tea-like flavors, high toned accents, hints of fruit, and syrupy sweetness that carried the cup. Dark roasts make nice Ethiopian espresso.

Guatemalan Antigua – Finca Medina (Decaf)

A wonderful decaf! We recommend a medium to dark roast on these beans. Sweet edged and malty, good body and lower acidity. Medium roasts can show a little hint of soft fruit and nuttiness, darker roasts will get pretty bold with a roasty finish. Lighter roasts can show just a hint of grassy but will still make an interesting cup with more fruit, nuttiness and sweetness to go along with it.


Vietnam Highlands Robusta-

Very Earthy, Very Strong! Some of the most flavorful robusta I have come across. Robusta beans tend to be higher in caffeine. It's what I aim for with darker roasts. Full bodied, somewhat caramel like. Very enjoyable robusta.

Flores Wolo Wio-

Weighty mouthfeel, a nice intensity overall, well balanced, with ample bittersweetness rounding out the cup. Caramel, date sugar, Snickerdoodle, round body, cocoa.

Notes of chocolate, nuts, spices (e.g., cardamom or peppery hints from the region’s terroir), earthiness, and subtle sweetness.

Origin & Growing: Ethically sourced from smallholder estates and cooperative mills in Coorg and surrounding areas. The coffee is naturally shade-grown under forest canopies (passed down through generations), at higher altitudes, leading to slow maturation and dense bean development.
